1.1 General Description

okwow is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The term "platform" in this document refers to the okwow website, mobile site, and all of its services.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the okwow platform. "We", "us", or "okwow" refers to the entity operating this platform.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To participate on the okwow platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You are playing in your own name and on your own account, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Your account has never been cancelled or suspended by okwow.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform voluntarily.

1.3 Right to Amend Terms

okwow reserves the right to revise, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify you by email.

2.1 Account Creation

To enjoy all services on the okwow platform, you need to create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. okwow reserves the right to cancel any account if false or misleading information is provided.

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts will be permanently cancelled and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Password and Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and never share them with any third party. If you suspect any breach of your account security, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
• Do not use a password on your okwow account that you have used on any other site.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared computer.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

okwow reserves the right to verify user identity to ensure safe and transparent services. We may request identity documents before processing a withdrawal request or at any time. Any one of the following documents is acceptable:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driving Licence
• Mobile number verification matching a bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay account

If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, okwow reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict the account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the okwow platform:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking)
• Upay

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawing funds from your account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is not complete.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if wagering requirements have not been met.

For unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests, okwow may extend the processing time for additional verification.

3.3 Fraud and Money Laundering Prevention

okwow is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. If suspicious financial activity is detected, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and notify the appropriate authorities. All deposits and winnings in accounts involved in fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

okwow offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, a total of ৳2,500 will be added to your account (deposit + 150% bonus). After receiving this bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met before it can be withdrawn.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the total balance including the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement has not been completed.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address are not eligible for the bonus.

4.2 VIP and Cashback Program

okwow's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Tiers are determined based on active gaming activity. Cashback is provided every Monday according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of abuse or manipulation of the bonus system is found, okwow reserves the right to cancel the bonus on the relevant account and suspend the account without prior notice. Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, VPN use, or any other method is considered a violation of this policy.

5.1 Fair Play and Integrity Policy

okwow is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. Our games are operated by third-party providers and results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. We do not alter game outcomes or give any particular user an advantage or disadvantage.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account cancellation:

• Playing with the aid of software bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour toward other players
• Collusion or coordinated betting against the system

5.3 Technical Issues

okwow does not accept liability for technical errors or server outages. okwow is not obliged to provide compensation for any wins or losses resulting from a technical error in any game. However, we will always try to provide a fair resolution, and you can reach us through the support team.

6.1 Data Collection and Use

7.2 Age Verification

8.1 Closure by User

• Suspicious financial activity

9.1 Service Guarantee

okwow provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

9.2 Third-Party Services

The okwow platform includes games from various third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. okwow is not fully liable for any issues arising from the games or services of these providers.

9.3 Liability for Financial Loss
